Hours: 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7), unsociable hours expected including evenings and weekends / bank holidays

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are recruiting for a Miniland Assistant to join our AWESOME Models & Theming Creative Team! As a Miniland Assistant you will support the wider Miniland Team to provide a service and repair function to all models, animated features and landscaping within our most iconic attraction: Miniland! You will be required to ensure every model and animated feature in Miniland is checked daily, cleaned and repaired as required. This includes electrical and structural repair, model animations and general model maintenance.
You will be working across our incredible Miniland Attraction which is visited by all of our guests when they come to LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, so you’ll have the chance to have awesome interactions and elevate our guest experience every day! The Miniland Assistant will prioritise keeping our Miniland attraction safe for our guests and the staff working in the area, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset when unexpected model or animations issues arise.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience with electrical repair and model animations is essential
- Have a keen eye for detail, always seeking ways to improve the presentation of Miniland for our guests
- Have passion for our brand and how our guests can enjoy our LEGO models
- This is a physical role so you must be comfortable and confident with lifting, bending, reaching, carrying heavy equipment and fragile LEGO displays
- Be able to clearly communicate to our guests and your colleagues. This is a guest facing role so you will have the chance to interact with our guests, answer their questions and even make your own suggestions of hidden gems they might not know about!

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort: We are looking for a Miniland Assistant to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
