Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite at Chessington World of Adventures, 2 days per week from home.

We are recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our awesome onsite Finance Team! As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the financial performance of Chessington World of Adventures. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide expert financial insight, challenge, and guidance to support strategic decision-making and drive commercial success across the resort. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will bridge finance and operations, ensuring financial considerations are embedded into key business initiatives.

You will lead the full financial planning cycle, including budgeting and forecasting, ensuring alignment to business objectives while delivering robust and insightful analysis. Through detailed performance tracking, scenario modelling, and variance analysis, you will identify trends, risks, and opportunities, enabling data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

Partnering with operational and commercial teams, you will influence revenue growth, cost optimisation, and investment decisions, helping maximise profitability and return on investment. You will also collaborate with regional and group finance teams to ensure best practices are applied consistently, while championing innovation and efficiency within financial processes.

In addition, you will drive the production of clear, impactful reporting for senior leadership, translating complex financial data into actionable insights. You will actively seek out opportunities to enhance financial processes, improve reporting capabilities, and leverage technology to support operational excellence, while ensuring compliance with internal and external financial standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong post-qualification experience
  • Proven experience in a finance business partnering role within a large or complex organisation
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
  • Advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of supporting strategic decision-making
  • Strong leadership capability, with experience leading projects or financial initiatives
  • Highly proficient in Excel and financial systems, with knowledge of ERP tools
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement, and driving efficiencies
