Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are getting ready for our 2026 season, and we are recruiting for Guest Services Host to join our AWESOME Guest Excellence Team! Our Guest Services Team are based at the top of our beautiful resort, helping our guests with their queries throughout the day and resolving guest feedback in the moment. Your role will be key in making sure our guests have a memorable day for the right reasons. You’ll be passionate about ensuring our guests have a positive experience, while being mindful that resolutions or compensation distribution is reasonable and aligned with the individual guest experience and our company recovery matrix.
Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal communication
- Experience working with customer feedback both face to face and via email / social media / on the phone
- Resilient, welcoming, approachable and empathetic
- You must have the ability to remain calm when addressing escalated, sensitive and in-person guest feedback
- You will be organised, with excellent time management

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort: We are looking for Commercial Hosts to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick.
