What you\’ll bring to the team
Grotto Manager
Location: LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Full time fully flexible, according to our operational Christmas event calendar, shifts will predominantly cover hours between 8am – 5:30pm
Contract Type: Seasonal, 10th November – 23rd December 2025
Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, we are busy planning our awesome Christmas event, and we are looking for a Grotto Manager to join Father Christmas for the season!
The Grotto Manager is part of the wider Entertainment Team, and they will be responsible for the day to day running of our immersive Christmas grotto area, one of the key elements of our extra special Christmas event here at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort!
You will ensure the area is running smoothly, our guests are receiving the highest quality of interaction from your team of elves and Father Christmas has enough gifts for all of our young visitors.
You’ll be responsible for keeping the Grotto area adhering to all health and safety protocols and procedures, you’ll keep an eye of your team of elves (managing performance, celebrating their success) and you’ll be the key point of contact / department representative throughout the operation. We’d love you to have a really keen eye for detail, and we are looking for a candidate with big ideas and suggestions for continuously improving our guests experience of their visit with Father Christmas and his elves!
Qualifications & Experience
- Must be available from mid-November until end of December
- Previous experience as a team leader within an Entertainment setting or Christmas / seasonal setting
- Ideally, you’ll have worked as a team leader within the wonderful world of events, preferably in a Grotto or similar
- Must be a confident and excellent communicator, with exceptional organisation and reactive management skills
- Previous experience in a customer service or guest satisfaction role is essential

About the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort
We are looking for a Grotto Manager to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
