What you\’ll bring to the team
Gardener
Location: LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 6:00am – 2:30pm March – October & 7:00am – 3:30pm November – February, across a 7-day rota (usually working 1 weekend in 4)

Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Gardener to join our AWESOME Landscape Team!
Our awesome Landscape Team create and maintain beautiful seasonal displays for our guests to enjoy throughout the resort! Our Gardeners have the joy of making LEGOLAND Windsor Resort an aesthetically pleasing location and this, in turn, helps with making memorable experience for our guests.
As a LEGOLAND Gardener you will carry out the daily maintenance duties set by the Landscape Foreman, this includes weeding, planting, pruning, leaf blowing, soil regenerating and other adhoc gardening duties, alongside seeking new and innovative ways of ensuring that the resort is presented to the highest standards, proposing seasonal ideas in line with our operational calendar.
Of course, Health and Safety are vitally important to the Landscape Team and you will foster a safe working environment for our guests and your colleagues, ensuring correct PPE is worn and all Risk Assessments, SSOW & other Health & Safety documents are followed, and your equipment / machinery is well maintained.
As a LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Gardener, you will be working across the resort and will have the opportunity to interact with our guests and add personal, memorable moments to their day.
Please note, internally this role is known as Landscape Technician
Qualifications & Experience
- Level 2 Horticulture qualification
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- PA1/PA6
- Pedestrian/Ride on mower certificates
- Hedge Cutter Certificate
- Experience of working within a soft landscaping role
- Comfortable working outside, whatever the weather, and working in a very physical role
- While the above are desirable we will provide you with all the training you need to succeed in your role!

About the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort
We are looking for a Gardener to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
