Job Scope

  • Deliver day to day operation of First Aid at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort and by offering a first aid service to both employees and guests delivered to a high quality, within the agreed standards set out in the current St. John’s First Aid at Work Guidelines and LEGOLAND Windsor Resort first aid procedures.
  • Overview the daily duties to make sure the department is fully functional.
  • Providing the ultimate experience of the Merlin/LEGOLAND brand.
  • Ensure consistent high standards of front and back of house areas.
  • To make sure that the daily running of the department is smooth and efficient.
  • In consultation with relevant managers, maintain first aid policies, procedures & COSWP.
  • Bi-regular attendance in a clinical environment or on first aid duties, keeps skills and knowledge base up-to-date and reports back with any changes in current first aid procedures.
  • Manages specific projects as agreed by the Zonal Manager.
  • Provides administrative and IT support and produces accurate reports, general IT and documentation as necessary.
  • Archives old records and prepare forthcoming seasonal paperwork.
  • Maintain our relationship with local emergency services. Seeks and acts on feedback from them regarding improving customer care.
  • Organises and arranges regular and random drug and alcohol testing across the resort.
  • Liaise with Human Resources when appropriate.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Have a working knowledge of the Park and Hotel including geographical layout and services. (Desired)
  • Have an awareness of our guests’ wants and needs to eliminate complaints and exceed expectations.
  • Actively demonstrate commitment to positively handling difficult situations and change without conflict.
  • Due to the nature of this role a valid First Aid at Work Qualification is required (FAW).
  • Full Driving License is desirable.
