Location: LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7)

Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for an Entertainment Manager to join our AWESOME Entertainment Team on a Fixed Term Contract until March 2026!
The Entertainment Manager will be responsible for overseeing all in-house Entertainment across the park and hotels, being the key point of contact for external vendors and Entertainment providers ensuring a high-quality Entertainment offering is available to our guests throughout the operating calendar of events.
As the key liaison with our external Entertainment partners the Entertainment Manager will be an expert at relationship building and stakeholder management, with an adaptable communication style and the ability to ensure alignment between all parties.
You’ll be an experienced Entertainment Manager and budget holder, familiar with managing labour costs and department expenses and efficiencies. As the line manager for the in house Entertainment team you will foster an inclusive and welcoming team culture, ensuring employee relations is managed appropriately and success is celebrated across the department and wider resort.
This is a fixed term parental leave cover until March 2026.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience as an Entertainment Manager within a theme park setting is essential
- Previous experience holding a department budget is essential
- Strong technical and production knowledge within live performance or theatre is essential
- Previous experience as a people manager is essential, ideally within a theme park, theatre or entertainment setting

About the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort
We are looking for an Entertainment Manager to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
