Christmas Elf
Location: LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Full time fully flexible according to the Christmas event rota (dates will be shared at audition)
Contract Type: Seasonal, until late December 2025
Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for Christmas Elves to join our AWESOME Entertainment Team for our LEGOLAND at Christmas event!
As a Christmas Elf you will be responsible for making magical memories for each and every visitor to Father Christmas’s Grotto, guiding guests through Christmas Kingdom and working with Father Christmas to capture photographs and distribute LEGO Christmas gifts to our young guests.
You’ll be working directly with our young guests, exploring and heightening the magic of the Christmas season. As a confident performer you’ll be well versed in improvising character interactions, with a passion for exceptional guest experience and a keen eye for all things Christmas!
Qualifications & Experience
- We are looking for confident individuals who are prepared to wear a costume and interact on their own with multiple guests at a time, while remaining in character
- Prior Experience as a Christmas Elf or having worked within an immersive Entertainment space is preferred
- Previous experience of performing in front of an audience is preferred
- Previous experience with improvisational entertainment and character integrity is essential
- Comfortable to be on your feet and moving for long periods of time – this is a physically role where you will be walking guests to and from Father Christmas’ Grotto through the Christmas Kingdom
- Comfortable to work outside in the winter season

About the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort
We are looking for Christmas Elves to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
