Location: LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: Full Time, covering hours from 10:00pm until 07:00am on a 4-on 4-off shift pattern

Contract Type: Seasonal, until Winter 2025

Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Nights Hotel Front of House Assistants to join our AWESOME Hotel Operations Team!

The Hotel Front of House Assistant – Nights will be responsible for making sure our guests receive a 5-star experience during their overnight stay in one of our three AWESOME hotels!Whether you’re in our open plan reception area, undertaking evening audits or assisting our guests with their queries, you will be a key part in ensuring our guests have a memorable overnight stay with us.

You’ll keep our guests and their experience at the forefront of everything you do, whether it’s checking in / checking out of guests, providing Hotel or Park information, detailing our exciting and varying room types, or receiving guest feedback in the moment, you will always seek to enhance our guests overnight stay.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience of working within a Hotel within a Front of House or Receptionist role is essential
  • Due to the hours required for this role candidates must be over the age of 18
  • Appropriate transport arrangements for night shift work
  • A motivated person, who seeks opportunities for excellence throughout the night shift
  • Full Time availability – any 4 nights out of 7
  • Passionate about health and safety, and confident to undertake the role of safety lead when required (e.g. fire extinguisher audits)

About the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort

We are looking for a Hotel Front of House Assistant – Nights to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
