By joining our EMEA Social Responsibility team, you will support our programmes in order to reach even more children. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual for a period of 12 months as part of the LEGO Group's intern programme.

- A current CV detailing your education and/or relevant experience.
- A cover letter explaining your interest in the role, why you’re a good fit, and your availability (start date and duration).
- This 12-month paid internship is full-time (37.5h/week), based in our London office (minimum 3 days/week on site).
- Candidates must be 18+ years of age (at the time of the contract starting) and have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the internship.
- Candidates must be enrolled (at the time of application) in higher education or an equivalent training program/scheme/course.
- Support the UK and wider EMEA team to innovate and scale community impact programmes through effective partnership support, data collection and processing.
- Support the UK team in delivery of volunteering and other events, with local partners.
- Lead on the donation of play boxes to schools and local charities and facilitation of play training/sessions.
- Support UK programme in recruitment of employee volunteers & providing admin support to achieve high reach and engagement.
- Support wider EMEA team with activation where relevant.
Your role will be supporting the UK & wider EMEA Social Responsibility team in innovating, developing and delivering learning through play programmes and partnerships, enabling us to reach even more children by 2032. In return, we will empower you to succeed and develop in a wonderful team committed to social responsibility and spreading the impact of learning through play.

- Proven interest in social impact/social responsibility.
- Passionate about working with children & learning through play.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and commitments.
- Ability to collaborate and work within a team.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
- Professional attitude within the workplace.
- Ability to write and speak fluent English.
- 1-2 professional or educational references.
- Understanding of the interconnection between social impact and environmental sustainability.
- Confident/comfortable working with children.
- A playful attitude to team working, solving problems, and working with partners.
- Knowledge/interest in creative digital tools ie. Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign.
