We are looking for a Brand Manager to drive marketing strategy and campaign planning for UK & Ireland focusing on delivering key campaigns as well as developing a strong roadmap to help maintain strong commercial performance for a fixed term contract period ending 22nd April 2027. In return, we will look to offer a competitive pay and benefits package including bonus potential.
Core Responsibilities:
- Bring your full-funnel marketing expertise, critical thinking, and energy to this role to help deliver our mission: to develop the builders of tomorrow through play.
- In-depth experience in Brand Management and Consumer Goods Marketing with an in-store kids audience campaign focus, preferably within an international company in either FMCG or Entertainment sectors (cross-country exposure would be nice to see).
- Experience of owning budgets; product/demand forecasts; in market performance and tracking via reporting systems (i.e., IRI, Nielsen, Kantar, Circana).
- Ability to work 3 days in our Slough office 3 days per week (2 days from home).
