You collaborate with Corporate Sustainability, Sustainable Operations and Procurement to build a future-fit supplier base and deliver sourcing solutions aligned with sustainability goals. You focus on embedding sustainability priorities in procurement decisions, starting with circular business models, and you drive cross-functional delivery and supplier development to enable scalable, responsible growth.

Responsibilities
- Translate sustainability ambitions into procurement strategies and supplier capabilities
- Build and scale a supplier base aligned with sustainability goals, starting with circularity
- Lead and integrate supplier assessments, program development, and sourcing strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across procurement, operations, and sustainability
- Implement procurement approaches that convert business objectives into measurable outcomes
- Engage suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure commercial and sustainability alignment
- Deliver meaningful sustainability metrics and reporting for ongoing improvement
- Support PLAN30 implementation to scale circular business model innovation
