Join a dynamic team dedicated to advancing sustainability within the LEGO Group's global supply chain. This role focuses on supporting the development and execution of a unified sustainability strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and business priorities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of a unified supply chain sustainability strategy that meets The LEGO Group's sustainability objectives and broader business priorities.
  • Develop and implement supply chain sustainability programming focusing on nature impacts (incl. water) and operationalization of circular solutions, innovate with current suppliers and build new capacity, as required.
  • Design and lead supplier sustainability engagement program that advances LEGO Group’s Sustainability Strategy in our global supply chain.
  • Support the translation of the supply chain sustainability strategy into compelling supplier communication including creative briefs and compelling visual assets to drive supplier adoption and improve performance.
  • Develop external (supplier facing) and internal (procurement, executive-level, etc) communication, dashboards and reports that communicate progress against supply chain sustainability commitments.
  • Benchmark industry-leading practices, incorporate emerging sustainability trends into supplier engagement strategies and use data-driven insights to drive adoption.
  • Represent the organization in industry groups, and supply chain sustainability-related engagements, as required.

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate comes with an education in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or similar, and they have minimum a decade of proven experience in supply chain, procurement, quality or sustainability roles. Moreover, they have:

  • Experience in leading supply chain sustainability (incl. environmental, nature impacts, water, circularity), supplier engagement and/or responsible sourcing programs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in influencing and coaching suppliers to improve their sustainability performance.
  • Ability to develop compelling supply chain sustainability narratives that translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable messages.
  • Advanced visual communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and reports.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills — comfortable leading both at the project and system level.
  • Strong leadership experience, including the ability to influence without direct authority and drive change across complex stakeholder environments.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
