Are you ready to create the ultimate guest experience while inspiring the builders of tomorrow? Just imagine a retail role that was about creating an experience. Not just selling a product. That’s what working in a LEGO® Store is all about. If our customers aren’t fans when they arrive, they will be by the time they leave. Because we share the curiosity and imagination that brings them to us. And you contribute to the reason they come back – time and again.
What will I do? Let’s start with the basics: you’ll support the store management team and sales associate colleagues to make sure everything runs like clockwork. In terms of back-office administration, you’ll cover things like holiday, attendance and team scheduling, office supplies and stock control. Meanwhile, on the sales floor, you’ll provide insights and advice on LEGO policy and make sure your store is always safe and well-presented. Nothing will be too much trouble. Everything will be a chance to create a memory and leave a lasting impression.
- Supporting Store Management: Assist the management team with daily operations, back-office functions, and operating budgets.
- Team Guidance: Being responsible for the work of Sales Associates on the floor, providing clear direction and guidance as required.
- Visual & Inventory Excellence: Maintain a well-organised stockroom and an attractively merchandised sales floor according to global standards.
Do you have what it takes to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow? Our stores welcome everyone, and as a Store Supervisor, it’s important you reflect this, as well as having the confidence and experience to support sales floor colleagues. Who you are makes all the difference.
We are looking for:
- An experienced retail professional who is comfortable contributing to the smooth running of a store.
- Leadership and/or management experience in a fast-paced retail environment, including cash handling and inventory awareness.
- Passion, energy, and a sincere dedication to engage with minds that are hungry to learn.
- Confidence in delivering training and feedback to develop a high-performance team.
Join the LEGO® Brand Retail Team! Share our commitment to providing an active, hands-on experience that encourages imagination and creativity through in-store play.
What’s in it for you? Here is what you can expect:
- Family Care Leave: We offer enhanced paid leave options for those important times.
- Insurances: All colleagues are covered by our life and disability insurance which provides protection and peace of mind.
- Wellbeing: We want our people to feel well and thrive. We offer resources and benefits to nurture physical and mental wellbeing along with opportunities to build community and inspire creativity.
- Colleague Discount: We know you'll love to build, so from day 1 you will qualify for our generous colleague discount.
- Bonus: We do our best work to succeed together. When goals are reached and if eligible, you'll be rewarded through our bonus scheme.
- Workplace: When you join the team you'll be assigned a primary workplace location i.e. one of our Offices, stores or factories. Our hybrid work policy means an average of 3 days per week in the office.
