Core Responsibilities- Partner with Product, R&D, and Commercial leadership to define financial strategy for the SMART Play platform and future innovation.
- Drive financial modeling and scenario planning for a multi-year innovation roadmap.
- Translate consumer behaviour insights and strategic critical metrics into actionable forecasts.
- Lead cross-functional budget planning for Smart Play initiatives.
- Champion data-driven performance measurement, including profitability analysis and real-time KPI dashboards.
- Coach and develop finance teams embedded within innovation squads.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA) if in UK.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Experience in technology-driven product ecosystems.
