You'll help source LEGO® marketing services and materials across Sales & Marketing Procurement.

This Senior Sourcing Specialist role sits in Billund or London, with no relocation support offered.

Play your part in our team succeeding

Sales & Marketing Procurement supports the commercial work that helps children and families discover play through creative advertising, production and marketing materials.

Together with the team, you'll turn category plans into practical sourcing choices, brick by brick, so creative work has the right partners, capacity and contracts behind it.

  • Shape

Creative Advertising & Production category sourcing plans using business needs, market insight and supplier opportunities across creative services

  • Develop a flexible supplier base covering contracting, negotiations, risk, performance and relationship routines.
  • Partner with Product Marketing & Development colleagues so supplier insight informs early project choices.
  • Run regional RFI, RFQ and RFP processes, including commercial governance and approvals.
  • Share best practice in category forums while improving forecasts, capacity planning and digital ways of working.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience in procurement, supply chain or a related commercial role, with marketing services exposure.
  • Comfortable working across countries, remote teams and different business priorities.
  • Able to manage projects, change and supplier discussions with care and clarity.
  • Fluent English, with curiosity to keep learning from colleagues, markets and data.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with SAP, Coupa or similar sourcing and contract systems.
  • Additional languages, analytics practice or compliance knowledge across GDPR, cyber security and confidentiality.

The position is based in Billund DK or London UK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
