We are looking for a experienced product manager whose passion is to help children be creative and learn through play. This product manager would be responsible for define our next-generation, technology enabled play experiences as well as partnering with our technology domain teams to deliver world-class, high-quality products that create fun and memorable play moments for children and adultsalike. Understand the financials involved with product development to ensure product decisions are grounded in user and business valueProblem Solver - keen to make things better and up for the challenge of tackling unknowns. Navigating complex requirements and partnering with the team to reach considered decisions throughout the product development cycle. Significant hands-on product management experience from connected products, consumer electronics, robotics or a closely related field, with at least one entire product development cycle from concept to launch. Recent experience within the last 3 years working on immersive physical-digital experience plus two or more of the following connected product disciplines: firmware, wireless connectivity (BLE, WiFi, or equivalent), mobile applications or cloud/backend services. Deep user empathy backed by insight and data; Experience running structured discovery in new disruptive products in the 0 – 1 space and applying clear prioritisation frameworksStrong commercial awareness with the ability to frame product decisions in terms of business impact. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Applies agile and lean delivery principles eWectively across the full product development cycle.
