Our LEGO Agency (OLA) is the in-house creative agency of the LEGO Group responsible for bringing our global campaigns and content experiences to life. From film and digital content to brand activations, OLA helps share the LEGO story across every channel. We're now looking for a Senior Manager to lead and support our London production. In this role, you'll guide a team of skilled producers covering film content and experiential projects while collaborating closely with colleagues around the world.

You’ll act as the go-to leader for the London team (full-timers, contractors, and freelancers), helping them translate business needs into impactful creative experiences. The ideal candidate is a confident people leader with strong production expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to build trust with collaborators at all levels. You’ll bring critical thinking, empathy, and curiosity to every challenge while encouraging your team to push creative boundaries and grow their skills. Core Responsibilities:
  • Support all London producers with their day-to-day challenges (Film content and activation producers).
  • People leading responsibilities; including appraisals, abilities development, resourcing, and workload balance.
  • Day-to-day conduit between our collaborators and OLA.
  • Foster collaboration, communication, and a positive team dynamic leading to better results.
  • Empower the team in their decision-making and project development.
  • Working closely with Project management teams and wider OLA heads of department.
  • Manage and support Senior Global Campaign Partners on driving more complex product-and branded-experiences when necessary.
  • Develop strong relationships with our direct product-and/or brand-owner and key heads of departments in OLA.
  • Support the Head of Production on new scope developments working collaboratively with other agency departments including OLA LT.
  • Securing the necessary involvement of OLA Hubs to ensure that regional needs are being met.
  • Collaborating with both internal and external agencies and other LEGO partners when necessary.
  • Travel may be required.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Wide experience as a Producer within a creative agency/brand with demonstrable and clear track record of successfully simultaneously running multiple brands whilst building strong client relationships and producing amazing creative experiences and content.
  • Experience being a part of complex and globally distributed creative digital shopper/e-commerce or socially led programs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong business writing skills that include executive summaries, memos, pre-reads, briefs, and presentation materials.
  • Comfortable working with collaborators at all levels of the organization.
  • Maturity and ability to exercise high level of discretion with sensitive information.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office project management tools are required (Workfront etc.).
  • Experience in project management and strategic planning including resourcing.
  • Experience in Entertainment/Content Gaming segments will be favourable.
