Core Responsibilities
- Data pipeline & transformation expertise.
- Hands-on experience with a leading data modelling or transformation tool (Databricks is the platform here).
- A solid understanding of how to build, test and maintain robust data pipelines at scale.
- Ability to navigate complexity and influence without authority.
- Ability to walk into an ambiguous situation, figure out what needs to be done, and bring digital product teams, analysts and stakeholders along with you, translating technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical audiences including senior leadership.
