We're looking for a dedicated Procurement Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key role in shaping strategic sourcing and fostering collaboration with business partners. This role will be critical in supporting the development of new long-term sourcing strategies, and refining existing strategies to drive efficiencies and growth.

Core Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sourcing and Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop long-term sourcing strategies together with stakeholders, aligned with market insights, partner requirements, and value-add potential across FM&RE.
  • Supply Base Risk Management: Manage supply-base risk and build business continuity and resiliency to mitigate any disruption to factory, retail, and office locations.
  • Global Relationship Management: Influence and manage strong relationships with global partners, driving collaboration and mutual benefits.
  • Sustainability and Innovation: Help drive the company’s sustainability ambition by partnering across the global supply base and tapping into supplier expertise for innovation and productivity improvements.
  • Spend Aggregation and Value Proposition: Drive global spend aggregation to leverage The LEGO Group’s spending potential and increase the overall value proposition.
  • Global Supplier Base Management: Build and maintain a global supplier base, including contracting, negotiations, relationship building, risk management, and supplier performance across new and existing Operations.
  • Data-Driven Insights and Risk Management: Leverage advanced analytics and data insights to enhance procurement strategies and manage risks. Use data to anticipate market changes and stakeholder needs, optimizing value and ensuring resilience across FM&RE.
  • Occasional Travel: Travel to LEGO sites as needed to support and enhance procurement activities.

Indirect Materials & Services Procurement Organisation spans across multiple areas of spends, covering all ELT areas. IM&S is responsible for procuring Facilities Management & Real Estate, Construction & Energy, IT/Digital, Professional Services and Distribution. This role is key to delivering the Facility Management and Real Estate strategy, supporting a substantial and intricate global spend area.

Do you have what it takes

The ideal candidate has an education in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or other related field, and several years of procurement experience gained in multi-national environments. Moreover, they come with:

  • High level of expertise in Facilities category, contract management and tendering processes.
  • Understanding of global approval processes and the procurement tools used to support these processes.
  • Strong ability to work across multiple functions and matrixed organisation.
  • Proactive approach: takes initiatives, recognising and acting on opportunities.
  • Thrives and contributes effectively in a collaborative team setting.
  • Experienced with Facility Management operations ideally within Retail, Office, or Attractions environments.
  • Knowledgeable in Energy and Utility Management.
