Join our Digital Consumer Engagement Marketing team as a Growth Marketing Intern, where you'll gain hands-on experience supporting performance marketing and customer engagement initiatives across the LEGO digital ecosystem.
As part of the Growth Marketing team, you'll contribute to performance marketing campaigns, creative experimentation, and cross-functional growth initiatives that help drive growth across our digital products and communities.

- This internship is full-time (37.5h/week), based in our London office (minimum 3 days/week on site).

- Candidates must be enrolled (at the time of application) in higher education or an equivalent training program/scheme/course.
- Performance Marketing Support: Assist in the execution and optimisation of app acquisition and other performance marketing initiatives across key digital marketing channels.
- Agency Collaboration: Support ongoing performance reviews with app and affiliate agencies, helping track actions, opportunities and optimisation plans.
- Testing & Optimisation: Coordinate performance marketing and App Store Optimisation (ASO) testing activities.
- Creative development: Support in the development of creative assets for marketing activities.
- Campaign Coordination: Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
- Reporting & Insights: Assist in monitoring campaign performance, gathering insights, and preparing updates.
- Budget & Operations Support: Help track marketing budgets, purchase processes, and operational activities.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate feedback and requirements from internal teams and external partners.
The Digital Consumer Engagement Marketing team connects with global audiences through inclusive and impactful marketing strategies powered by data-driven insights. Our mission is to drive growth across the LEGO digital ecosystem by acquiring new users, retaining existing audiences, and re-engaging consumers through our owned digital channels and communities.
This role will support our Senior App Growth Lead with a primary focus on the day-to-day execution of app growth initiatives, while also providing opportunities to contribute across broader Growth Marketing workstreams.
