Job Description

About the role

As our EA to VP, People & Leadership Development, you'll provide executive support to the Vice President while helping a global team work more effectively together. You'll coordinate priorities, create structure in a busy environment, and support leadership activities that help build skills, leadership capability, and organisational effectiveness across the LEGO® Group.

This is a permanent role that combines trusted executive support with opportunities to improve processes, strengthen collaboration, and introduce smarter ways of working.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience delivering executive support to senior leaders within a complex organisation.
  • Ability to manage complex diary planning, travel arrangements, inbox priorities, and meeting logistics.
  • Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships across multiple organisational levels.
  • Led planning and coordination of competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Applied digital productivity tools to improve efficiency and workflow management.
  • Handled confidential business and people-related information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Supported leadership, learning, talent, or people-focused functions.
  • Coordinated leadership meetings, offsites, and team operating rhythms.
  • Worked within a global matrix organisation.
  • Used Microsoft Copilot or other AI-enabled productivity tools.

What you'll build

  • Proactive support that helps the Vice President focus on the highest-value priorities.
  • Effective leadership meetings, offsites, and events that keep work moving forward.
  • Strong communication and coordination across a global function.
  • Simpler and more efficient ways of working through digital and AI-enabled tools.
  • Consistent operational excellence that helps teams deliver their goals.
  • A positive onboarding experience for new team members.

If you've worked in a role where you supported senior leaders, balanced multiple priorities, and solved problems before they became obstacles, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is a track record of delivering reliable support, building trusted relationships, and helping others work at their best.

Life on the team

People & Leadership Development helps build the leadership, skills, and capabilities that support the LEGO Group's long-term ambitions. You'll join a team that values collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement. We enjoy creating clarity from complexity, balancing attention to detail with the bigger picture, and finding practical ways to make work simpler. Our hybrid working rhythm helps us stay connected while giving flexibility in how we work.

What success looks like

You'll become a trusted partner to the Vice President and a dependable point of connection for stakeholders across the function. As the team continues to strengthen leadership effectiveness and capability development over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll help create the focus, coordination, and momentum needed to make those ambitions a reality. Working closely with the VP, leadership team, and partners across the business, you'll help ensure the team can do its best work every day.

Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this role.
