Set and execute the strategic direction for the Skill Family with a focus on building future-fit capabilities in Operations and Sustainability, aligned to enterprise-wide L&D strategy. Lead annual planning and prioritization of L&D initiatives across the Skill Family, ensuring alignment with operational transformation agendas and global business priorities. Partner with LEGO U Programme team and other L&D teams to deliver learning solutions through agile planning cycles, with accountability for quality, relevance, and effectiveness. Provide thought leadership in skills-based learning and help embed a skills-first mindset in key operational areas. The Skills & Learning team is driving the LEGO Group’s transformation into a future-ready, skills-based organization. As Head of Skill Family Build & Sustainability, you will play a central role in enabling the skills agenda across our global Operations teams — from manufacturing and supply chain to engineering and sustainability. You’ll shape how we build and scale learning interventions that drive performance, support transformation, and bring our sustainability ambitions to life. Global L&D experience, including strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation of learning solutions Familiarity with agile ways of working and iterative planning Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical capabilities Experience working in sustainability or operations-related learning domains preferred So, if you\’re interested in this role we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
