Are you an experienced Experiential Producer who loves turning creative ideas into memorable real-world brand experiences? This is an exciting opportunity to join Our LEGO Agency, the internal creative agency at The LEGO Group.
The Experiential Producer is responsible for leading the end-to-end production and delivery of best-in-class experiential marketing projects for LEGO, spanning live events, brand activations, retail experiences, installations, exhibitions, pop-ups, and integrated campaign experiences. This role partners closely with creative, strategy, marketing, operations, and external production partners to bring ideas to life with exceptional craft, operational excellence, and audience impact. The producer ensures experiences are delivered on time, on budget, safely, and in line with LEGO brand standards and business objectives.
Core responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end production and delivery of experiential projects from briefing through execution and post-event wrap-up.
- Build and manage integrated production plans, timelines, budgets, staffing plans, and delivery schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
- Partner closely with creative, strategy, marketing, brand, and operations teams to ensure experiences align with campaign objectives, audience needs, and LEGO brand standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholder teams responsible for external partner and franchise relationships to ensure clear ownership, alignment, and seamless delivery across all workstreams.
- Manage and coordinate external production partners, fabricators, technical suppliers, venues, freelance crews, and event vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee production feasibility, technical planning, installation logistics, health & safety requirements, permitting, and operational execution.
- Lead on-site production and live event delivery, ensuring smooth execution, problem solving, and high production standards under changing conditions.
- Drive proactive communication across all stakeholders, escalating risks early and identifying solutions within project constraints.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, timelines, and budget parameters while maintaining creative integrity and quality standards.
- Support procurement and statement of work (SOW) processes for experiential production vendors and partners.
- Maintain strong knowledge of experiential production methods, fabrication processes, emerging technologies, and live experience trends.
- Contribute to ways of working, process improvements, production best practices, and operational efficiencies across the wider production team.
- Support other members of the production team through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and guidance.
- Align production priorities and resource planning together with production leadership.
- Collaborate upstream with creative and strategy teams during concept development to help shape experiential ideas, assess feasibility, define production scope, and ensure creative ambition is balanced with operational and budget considerations.
- Significant experience producing experiential marketing campaigns, live events, brand activations, exhibitions, or immersive experiences within agency, brand, or entertainment environments.
- Strong understanding of physical production, fabrication, technical event delivery, venue operations, and live event logistics.
- Proven experience managing complex budgets, schedules, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholder groups.
- Ability to balance creative ambition with operational practicality and commercial considerations.
- Calm and solutions-oriented under pressure with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with both internal teams and external partners.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working within global brands and highly governed brand environments is advantageous.
- Passion for creating engaging audience experiences and delivering work to a high standard of craft and detail.
- Willingness to travel when required for project delivery and on-site production support.
