Our People Planning & Analytics team is looking for a new colleague who wants to contribute with solid experience in data analysis, statistical modelling and machine learning to contribute towards talent optimization, workforce planning and overall People Analytics.

Core Responsibilities

  • Utilize statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights from diverse datasets related to candidate sourcing, application processes, employee onboarding, and end-to-end employee life cycle.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast future talent needs, attrition rates, and identify potential recruitment challenges.
  • Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to identify opportunities for process optimization through data-driven recommendations.
  • Analyze end-to-end recruitment workflows to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance candidate experience.
  • Communicate findings and insights in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Work with various data sources, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Design and create interactive dashboards and reports for key stakeholders, providing real-time visibility into recruitment metrics and performance indicators.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science and analytics.
  • Propose and implement innovative solutions to address evolving challenges in the recruitment landscape.
