Job Description Are you a passionate digital marketer eager to drive best-in-class experiences through owned channels activation? Well, then you might be our new Marketing Manager to join our fantastic Digital Consumer Engagement (DCE) team! Core Responsibilities Grow the audiences of assigned products through Owned , Earned , Shared , and Paid marketing levers. Develop innovative and effective global marketing strategies that drive the strategic growth of DCE channels and communities. Create compelling campaign & communication assets with Creative Agencies, internal teams, and third parties. Ensure plans are adopted by Regional Marketing Managers to drive execution across markets. Develop ‘best in class’ owned channel campaign activations in partnership with the LEGO Group’s global franchise marketing teams. Develop and execute marketing activations and owned channel user journeys targeting key priorities like Membership Sign-up and engagement. Provide user insights and data to help marketing partners engage their target audiences effectively. Drive performance with a results-first mindset, tracking channel growth and marketing impact, and adjusting strategies as needed. Play your part in our team succeeding Digital Consumer Engagement (DCE) aims to build relevant relationships with our audiences, including Kids, Parents, Shoppers, Adults, and Families. We engage directly and cultivate these relationships through inclusive, data-driven marketing strategies to promote growth and scale within our digital ecosystem. Our focus areas include acquiring new users, retaining existing users, and re-engaging lapsed users via owned channels and communities, thereby positively influencing brand affinity and consumer lifetime value. This role focuses on marketing for Adult Audiences on our owned channels. You will lead the growth of the LEGO Ideas platform by developing and implementing annual marketing plans and impactful campaign activations for LEGO Group\’s key campaigns and DCE initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including franchise marketing, Data & Analytics, Content, and Product Leads, overseeing owned, earned, and shared activations, while enhancing user journeys to meet KPIs. As an influential storyteller, you will champion the DCE Marketing & Orchestration team’s efforts to deliver impactful campaigns. Do you have what it takes? A seasoned marketer with a strong track record delivering results with digital products. Consistent experience developing and driving innovative global marketing plans. Expertise in social media, knowing how to reach audiences effectively. Proven ability to partner with PR and Communications teams. Excellent communicator and storyteller, capable of influencing collaborators. Natural collaborator, able to operate in a matrixed organization and cross-functional environment. Skilled in data and insights, marrying performance data with audience insights to inform strategies. An audience-centric mindset, focusing on adult audiences.
