We are looking for an Inventory Analyst to join our regional Allocation and Replenishment team based out of our London Hub. This is an exciting role joining a function in growth currently experiencing positive change as we head through a digital transformation that will provide investment giving exposure to the latest technology and eventually a team with the tools to be truly world class. Core Responsibilities
- Utilising internal LEGO systems to manage replenishment on a regular basis to LEGO brand stores across Europe.
- Understanding commercial drivers of sales performance in store/region using data to influence future allocations (seasonality, product mix, availability).
- Monitoring inventory flow of goods to stores, ensuring deliveries are timely and within thresholds defined for each store.
- Partnering with District and Store Managers reviewing and placing weekly replenishment orders using performance data as well as inventory targets ensuring exceptions are captured and action taken.
- Ensure transport and delivery logistics are in line with requirements and that deliveries are made on time in full.
- Working closely with assortment team to run deliveries of licensed product from external partners in collaboration with the warehouse.
The Retail Allocation and Distribution team ensures our Brand Retail stores and LEGO.COM have best in class availability and stock turns. It is a fast-paced area which rewards planning and a collaborative approach - collaborating closely with many partners and reporting directly into the Global Process Lead for our digital transformation in this area giving significant exposure.
Do you have what it takes?
- Experience of an entry level role working in Allocation and Replenishment for an FMCG or Retailer.
- Exposure to Order Management and Delivery Planning systems and strong Outlook package especially Excel and Teams (Tableau and Power BI would be a plus).
- Strong administrative and analytical skills with a focus on diligence and the ability to craft a story line from a data set.
- An initiative-taking, ambitious and growth mindset focused on personal growth.
- Capacity to balance a diverse and changing role as we work through a digital transformation managing multiple, and sometimes repetitive tasks.
- A collaborator with a curious approach who can adapt working style and communication to partner with a group from diverse cultures across a region, and with an ability (bravery) to balance partner their needs with the policies and processes we have in place.
- As comfortable working independently as in a team in a fast-paced environment with a can-do approach to the changing nature of the business, function and the role as it matures.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken is essential to connect with our stores.
