At the LEGO Group, great digital experiences start with clear structure. As an Information Architect, you will help shape how products are organised, discovered, and experienced by millions of customers worldwide, directly influencing usability, conversion, and shopper satisfaction.

You will join the Shopper Product team within LEGO Retail, working alongside product managers, engineers, designers, and analysts across a full end-to-end retail organisation covering eCommerce, marketing, content, loyalty, and product management.

We offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home. No relocation or visa support is offered for this position. Day-Rate contracts will not be considered for this role. The closing date for all applications will be Thursday 5th February.

Core Responsibilities
  • Design and evolve information architecture (IA) including navigation systems, category structures, and page hierarchies to ensure clarity, scalability, and consistency.
  • Lead information discovery and validation activities including card sorting, tree testing, and usability testing to inform and validate architectural decisions.
  • Define and recommend taxonomies, metadata, and content models supporting search, filtering, personalisation, SEO, and localisation needs.
  • Create all relevant IA documentation supporting design, development, and ongoing optimisation.
  • Work collaboratively across teams including the product manager and engineers to translate business and user requirements into technically feasible information models.
  • Communicate with clarity and influence, presenting ideas, updates, and decisions to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams with confidence and precision.
Do you have what it takes?
  • Extensive experience in Information Management (IM), designing information architecture for complex digital products.
  • Strong knowledge of IA principles including taxonomy design, navigation systems, content modelling, and metadata strategy.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting user research and validation related to information structures.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
