About the role
As our Senior Procurement Manager, Sustainability Delivery, you'll help translate long-term sustainability ambitions into procurement strategies that create measurable impact across the LEGO value chain. You'll partner with colleagues across Corporate Sustainability, Sustainable Operations and Procurement teams to build a future-fit supplier base and deliver sourcing solutions that support the LEGO Group's sustainability goals. You'll play a key role in strengthening supplier capability and ensuring sustainability priorities are embedded into procurement decisions and execution, with an initial focus on circular business models.

Life on the team
The Sustainable Sourcing team is a newly established global function within Global Procurement. Structured across Environmental, Social and Governance priorities, the team helps advance the LEGO Group's sustainability agenda through the company's supplier base. You'll work in a hybrid environment and collaborate closely with colleagues across procurement, sustainability, operations, legal, government affairs, and responsible operations teams. It's a highly collaborative group focused on long-term value creation and practical sustainability delivery.
What success looks like
Success means becoming a trusted procurement partner for sustainability delivery, helping teams turn ambitions into scalable supply chain solutions. You'll strengthen supplier readiness, support circular business initiatives, and help shape approaches to waste and resource management. The team will continue driving PLAN30 implementation by enabling circular business model innovation to move from concept to scale, while strengthening supplier capabilities and ensuring a compliant, resilient, and future-ready supply base.
