Core Responsibilities
- Working on the front-line in our Café/Coffee Shop, welcoming and greeting guests, taking orders at the till, serving drinks and snacks as well as simple food preparation.
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene are top notch and all food safety procedures are followed.
- Stocking and merchandising the displays, helping with stock ordering, and coordinating deliveries.
- Making every guest feel welcome through a confident, engaging, and friendly personality.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a coffee shop, café or restaurant environment (desirable).
- The ability to think on your feet.
- Friendly and hardworking with a "can do" demeanour.
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
