Hours: Fixed term contracts until November. Shifts cover hours between 8.30am – till park close across a 7 day rota.

We are recruiting for a First Aid Team Leader to join our team!

The successful candidate will be responsible for the First Aid provisions for guests and staff. Responsibilities include managing all direct reports effectively, ensuring timely application of Personal Development Plans and Performance Management processes, training and developing staff, mentoring and inducting new first aid staff, taking responsibility for key delegated projects, carrying out company health screenings, and assisting with Occupational Health and H&S initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

We need you to have the right positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver jaw-dropping fun to our guests!

We are looking for candidates with previous management experience in a related field, strong skills in developing staff and enhancing procedures, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong guest service and supervisory skills, and computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).

Candidates must have a First Aid at Work qualification. Extended First Aid and Emergency skills certification and previous experience within leisure attractions is desirable but not essential.

Due to the nature of this role, you must be 18 years of age or over.

Pay Range

GBP £12.35/Hr.
