- The ideal candidate has senior-level engineering experience working with external or embedded hardware in interactive systems.
- Experience with sensors, IoT, and interactive components (e.g., motion sensors, NFC, haptics, sound, motors), and interactive integration.
- Experience prototyping motion or gesture interactions.
- Experience developing in video game engines such as Unity.
- Ability to participate productively in open creative discussions about hybrid gameplay mechanics.
- Experience coordinating communication across multiple embedded devices.
- Comfortable working as a generalist across input handling, gameplay logic, and interaction feel.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NFC read/write workflows.
- Experience with BLE communication stacks for embedded hardware.
- Experience using microphone and camera input in gameplay.
- Experience in prototyping physical interactions, using materials like LEGO bricks, 3D printing, and mechatronics.
- Sensitive to the feel of motion: texture, precision, sampling characteristics, and timing.
- Clear technical writing skills suited to internal reporting.
- Hands-on skills in prototyping tools, such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Micro:bit, or Unity for interactive play experiences.
