As a newly established, first‑party digital entertainment entity, we’re pushing beyond today’s boundaries of LEGO digital engagement and building an entirely new ecosystem of playful, safe, and innovative experiences. We’re hiring our first Finance Manager - a foundational role responsible for supporting and helping run the operational engine of Finance. You will support and facilitate the planning cadence, financial execution, KPI discipline, and cross‑functional partnership that enable strong strategic and operational decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and facilitate the monthly financial performance review cycle, helping surface trend breaks, leading indicators, and forward‑looking risks & opportunities.
  • Coordinate the core financial operating cadence across long‑range planning, annual plans, quarterly updates, and monthly forecasts.
  • Partner with Accounting to support an efficient, accurate month‑end close.
  • Co‑own KPI hygiene and performance insights.
  • Co‑own, with the VP Finance, a clear KPI framework across revenue, cost, margin, efficiency, and product‑health signals.
  • Build clean, consistent, executive‑ready performance packs with insights that drive decisions.
  • Maintain KPI hygiene and ensure leading indicators are surfaced early.
  • Serve as a first‑line finance partner to Product/Studios, Marketing/Growth, Operations, and cross‑functional workstreams.
  • Translate plans into numbers, frame trade‑offs, and support teams with structured, actionable financial guidance.
  • Bring UA/ROI literacy - tracking growth efficiency, monitoring LTV/CAC dynamics, and supporting smarter investment allocation.
  • Support investment cases & post‑investment reviews.
  • Partner with Strategy and Ops teams to support the preparation of business cases for content, features, and go‑to‑market initiatives using driver‑based models and scenario analysis.
  • Support post‑investment reviews to measure outcomes, extract learnings, and sharpen future proposals.
  • Ensure modelling logic is consistent, transparent, and grounded in LDP’s economic realities.
Qualifications
  • MUST HAVE – Minimum Candidate Qualifications
  • Strong FP&A / finance business partnering / commercial finance foundation.
  • Excellent Excel / modelling / forecasting / budgeting capability.
  • Cross‑functional partnership experience.
  • Comfortable managing budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and reporting cadence.
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of output.
  • Smart, adaptable, and able to work in ambiguity.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Comfortable using technology and AI.
  • Able to support cross‑functional budget owners and pull information together across teams.
  • NICE TO HAVE – Candidate Qualifications
  • Video gaming background or SaaS / subscription / software / digital business experience.
  • Experience in a growing business.
  • Big 4 / consulting / professional services background.
  • Exposure to strategic finance or product finance.
  • Experience building processes, reporting packs, or finance cadence from scratch.
  • CFA / ACA / ACCA / CIMA or similar qualification.
