As the Partnerships Lead at Legl, you will be…

Identifying, evaluating, and securing strategic partnerships to expand Legl’s reach and enhance our platform offerings.

Cultivating and nurturing relationships with key industry players (e.g., technology providers, associations, networks) to drive mutual value and collaboration.

Collaborating cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success) to align partnership goals with overall business objectives and ensure seamless partner onboarding and engagement.

Acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on partnership opportunities and strategy, contributing to thought leadership within the legal tech ecosystem.

Representing Legl at industry events, conferences, and webinars, proactively building our brand presence and showcasing our market-leading solutions.
You will be responsible for:

Execution of Partnership Strategy: Defining and implementing a clear partnership roadmap, including market segmentation, target partner profiles, and strategic objectives.

Pipeline Development: Sourcing, qualifying, and pursuing potential partnerships that drive growth, open new channels for existing and future Legl offerings.

Assisting with Negotiation & Deal Management: Being deeply involved with end-to-end deal processes, including due diligence, contract negotiations, and partner onboarding.

Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establishing metrics to measure the success of partnerships (e.g., revenue contribution, client acquisition, brand visibility) and reporting progress to senior leadership.

Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for optimization, sharing insights with internal teams, and iterating on partnership models to maximize value for all stakeholders.
What success looks like after 3 months:

Established (and papered, where applicable) commercial relationships with each of our most important technical partners (e.g. OA, Sharedo, ActionStep, Peppermint, Clio).

Produced a plan for building out an ecosystem of referral partners to execute in H2’25.

Produced a business plan (with revenue goals) for partnerships to end of 2026.

Established working relationships with Head of Integrations, VP Sales, Marketing Director and Customer Operations teams.
You will have a:

Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development—preferably within SaaS, tech, or professional services.

Relationship-Driven Mindset: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a knack for building trust and long-term relationships.

Strategic & Analytical Approach: Ability to evaluate market opportunities, develop data-driven strategies, and create compelling partnership proposals.
