Job Title: Senior & Mid-Level Utility Surveyors (Multiple Hires) Location: Greater London and Surrounding Areas Industry: UK Major Projects – Infrastructure Salary Package: £36,000 – £55,000 (DOE), Company Van & Perks Leggwork is working with a leading name in Land and Utility surveying, currently engaged on some of the UK’s largest and most high-profile infrastructure projects. With a strong pipeline of work across civil engineering, highways and utilities frameworks, they are now looking to bring in a Senior Utility Surveyor to support delivery across major schemes throughout the South East. This is an opportunity to step into a senior role within a forward-thinking survey business, where your technical input will help shape nationally significant infrastructure. As a Senior Utility Surveyor, you will play a lead role in delivering complex utility surveys to support ongoing project delivery. Overseeing and conducting Utility and PAS128 surveys to a high technical standard Mentoring junior surveyors and supporting team development on site Reviewing and compiling survey data for reporting and client submission Liaising with clients, engineers and project teams to ensure smooth delivery Formal surveying qualification such as QCF, ProQual Level 5 or equivalent Minimum 5 years’ experience in Utility surveying with strong knowledge of PAS128 Full UK driving licence (company van provided) Background in civil engineering, highways, construction or utilities sectors CSCS or equivalent site card Salary between £36,000 – £55,000 depending on experience Company van, fuel card and all necessary equipment provided Opportunity to work on flagship infrastructure projects across the UK Perks including premium gym access, health benefits and ongoing training Overtime rates for CAD work, rather than being absorbed into salary Regular overtime availability across both site and office-based work
