Permanent Civil Engineering & Surveying Specialist – Utility Surveyor
Location: Ripon, North Yorkshire
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 per year (DOE)

Responsibilities
- Execute PAS128 compliant utility surveys with pinpoint accuracy using EML and GPR tools.
- Lead and support multi-disciplinary site teams to deliver flawless results.
- Assist with topographic surveys, laser scanning, and monitoring.
- Keep survey equipment in peak condition, ensuring precision every time.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in underground utility surveying with GPR and EML.
- Deep understanding of PAS128 standards and asset record drawings.
- Full UK driving licence, CSCS card, and right to work in the UK.
- Strong communication skills and a drive to lead.
- QCF3/QCF5 and land surveying experience are bonuses, but not deal-breakers.
