We are looking for a proactive and organised Permanent Delivery Consultant to join us here at Leggwork, a specialist recruitment business focused on the Built Environment. You will become part of a pre-established team concentrating on Civil Engineering and Geo-spatial recruitment for some of the UK’s most high-profile projects.
This is a hands-on role where you will own the recruitment process from day one, working directly with senior leadership across 15-20 live vacancies nationwide. You will utilise tools such as our tailored CRM and well-established job boards to source the highest calibre of candidates, managing the process from initial brief to successful placement.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the full recruitment process for Civil Engineering and Geospatial vacancies, from sourcing to placement
- Screen candidates, produce detailed call synopses and tailor CVs for submission to hiring managers
- Organise and coordinate interviews, providing a seamless experience for clients and candidates
- Use CRM and other recruitment tools to manage pipelines and track progress
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring exceptional service
- Collaborate with the internal team to refine recruitment strategies and optimise delivery
- Previous technical recruitment experience preferred, ideally within Civil Engineering, Built Environment or Geospatial
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using multiple recruitment platforms and tools
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple vacancies and deadlines
- Proactive, driven and committed to delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes
