LEGGWORK are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to work for a high-end residential builder on projects across Wiltshire. The role will involve managing restoration and refurbishment projects, including listed buildings and heritage works, with a strong focus on quality, detail, and craftsmanship.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday

Overtime: Opportunities for overtime may become available as the project progresses.

Additional Benefits: Company vehicle supplied following a successful review period.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations on high-end restoration projects
  • Manage subcontractors and direct labour
  • Ensure works are carried out in line with heritage and conservation requirements
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety on site
  • Coordinate materials, schedules, and site logistics
