LEGGWORK are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to work for a high-end residential builder on projects across Wiltshire. The role will involve managing restoration and refurbishment projects, including listed buildings and heritage works, with a strong focus on quality, detail, and craftsmanship.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday
Overtime: Opportunities for overtime may become available as the project progresses.
Additional Benefits: Company vehicle supplied following a successful review period.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day-to-day site operations on high-end restoration projects
- Manage subcontractors and direct labour
- Ensure works are carried out in line with heritage and conservation requirements
- Maintain high standards of health & safety on site
- Coordinate materials, schedules, and site logistics
- Liaise with clients, architects, and conservation officers where required
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on restoration, listed building, or heritage projects
