Our automotive products fall into four primary groups: Seating and Lumbar support, Wireless Charging, Motors and Actuators, and Mechanical Cables. As a Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) you'll take over a high-visibility role where you'll shape customer relationships, drive service performance and lead key supply chain functions across customer service, logistics, inventory management and production planning. You'll build trusted partnerships with key customers, collaborate across multiple functions and drive operational performance to achieve outstanding results. Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers, acting as their primary point of contactProactively manage changing customer demand and ensure a best-in-class service experienceLead the resolution of order, delivery and service-related challenges with a customer-first mindsetOversee production planning, warehouse operations and inventory management activitiesDrive inbound and outbound logistics performance to support operational efficiencyEnsure inventory accuracy and consistently achieve on-time delivery targetsManage and optimise material flow from supplier through to customer shipmentLead, coach and develop your team, creating a culture of continuous learning and succession planningChampion a safe, engaged and high-performing workplace cultureTo be successful in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business or a related disciplineAt least 5 years of leadership experience within a customer service, supply chain, manufacturing or operations environment, ideally within the automotive industryStrong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiativesExcellent negotiation, stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilitiesStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision makingA hands-on approach, perseverance, and composure even during intense periodsExperience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools, including 5S, Kanban, Synchronous material flow, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and related frameworksFluent English language skills What to Do NextNow that you've had a chance to learn more about us, what are you waiting for!
