We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Tour Managers to represent our brands on the road and act as the face of our business throughout our customers' journeys. The role is described as being the face of the company on the road, responsible for the smooth running of a coach holiday from departure to return.

About the Role

As a Tour Manager, you'll accompany groups of customers on escorted holidays, ensuring every aspect of their trip runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll work closely with coach drivers, hotels, local guides and excursion providers, whilst providing outstanding support and service to our customers throughout their journey.

No two tours are the same. One day you could be sharing fascinating local knowledge with guests as you travel through Europe, and the next you could be coordinating hotel arrivals, arranging excursions or helping customers make the most of their holiday experience.

Most importantly, you'll play a key role in creating holidays that our customers will remember for all the right reasons.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming and looking after customers throughout their holiday.
• Delivering engaging commentary and destination information during journeys.
• Coordinating with coach drivers, hotels, local guides and excursion providers.
• Managing hotel check-ins, meal arrangements and other tour logistics.
• Promoting and managing optional excursions.
• Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally and confidently.
• Responding calmly and effectively when travel plans change unexpectedly.
• Completing tour reports and administrative documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, approachable and able to build rapport quickly with customers.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Resilient and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Adaptable, practical and solutions-focused.
• Comfortable spending time away from home and working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when tours require.

Previous experience as a Tour Manager, Tour Leader, Resort Representative or in another customer-facing travel role would be advantageous, but we would also love to hear from individuals who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for travel.

Knowledge of UK and European destinations, a second language, or a background in travel and tourism would also be beneficial.
