    • Provide insight and challenge on engagement, retention and performance
    • Lead the evolution of our culture, values and behaviours
    • Own engagement surveys and turn insight into visible action
    • Drive effective communication through change and peak trading periods

    • Lead on complex and high-risk ER cases
    • Coach leaders and managers to build confidence and capability
    • Maintain pragmatic, up-to-date policies aligned to best practice
    • Enhance recruitment and onboarding experience
    • Build line manager capability across performance and people management by developing a coaching approach
    • Support talent and succession planning across the business
  • Reward, compliance & governance
    • Oversee pay, benefits and benchmarking
    • Ensure compliance with employment law and reporting requirements
  • Workplace experience (Rotherham HQ)
    • Take ownership of our office environment and colleague experience
    • Manage facilities, suppliers and budgets
    • Create a space that reflects our culture and values
  • Team leadership
    • Lead and develop a small People team
    • Drive high standards of delivery and commercial HR thinking

What we’re looking for

  • Strong generalist HR experience at a senior level (Business Partner / Head of HR etc) across the full employee lifecycle
  • Proven track record of improving culture and engagement outcomes
  • Experience managing complex employee relations cases
  • Confidence operating at senior leadership level
  • Experience developing and leading others
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Rotherham
  • Experience in a contact centre or operational environment
  • Experience in the travel sector
  • Engagement survey experience (e.g. Culture Amp, Peakon)
  • Experience of using the Access People HRIS
  • Wellbeing or mental health qualification

About you

You are:
