We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic sales colleagues to join our contact centre team and help us grow even more. What You’ll Get

  • A clear, generous pay package: You’ll start with a salary of £26,000 (pro rata) which rises to £28,000 (pro rata) as soon as you successfully complete your probationary period. You'll also have a realistic and uncapped bonus scheme. Top performers can earn £34,000 (pro rata) a year once you are fully trained.
  • Work–life balance: You’ll work an average of 22.5 hours a week on a rota with published schedules so you can plan ahead. Although the role is predominantly based at our Rotherham Head Office, there's also opportunities for hybrid working once training is completed and performance standards are achieved.

What You’ll Do

  • Chat with customers and match them to the perfect getaway from our huge range of coach, rail and river holidays – NO COLD CALLS!
  • Take inbound and outbound calls from people who have already shown interest or are loyal customers.
  • Use your listening skills to understand needs, suggest the right trip, and achieve personal and team targets.
  • Keep on top of destination knowledge and travel updates so customers get accurate info.
  • Record details in our systems and follow up promptly to provide a smooth, enjoyable experience.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver our famous “hassle free promise” and make sure every guest feels special.

Who You Are: Skills We’re Looking For

  • Customer and sales experience: You bring at least six months’ experience in a sales role (ideally in a contact centre), so you’re comfortable engaging with people over the telephone and helping them to make a purchase.
  • Excellent communicator: You can build rapport quickly, listen actively, and convey information clearly over the phone and in writing.
  • Consultative sales approach: You’re skilled at asking the right questions to understand customer needs and confidently recommending the best holiday options, meeting both customer satisfaction and sales goals.
  • Tech-savvy: You’re at ease using computer and phone systems, and you can learn our booking and CRM tools quickly.
  • Organised and goal-oriented: You can manage your time, follow up on leads, and hit performance targets without compromising on service quality.
  • Team player: You enjoy working in a supportive, on-site team environment at our Rotherham HQ, and you contribute to a positive workplace culture.
