The Legends Tour is a global golf tour for over 50s professional golfers and part of the European Tour Group but is structured independently with its own experienced team. Our vision is to make the Legends Tour the ‘Home of over 50s world golf and the ultimate amateur experience in golf.’

Operations Team:
The operations team manages the running of all Legends Tour tournaments throughout the season, as well as supporting the operations of the business as a whole where needed. The Travel Coordinator is a an integral part of our team, responsible for planning and booking all UK and International staff travel and accommodation for Legends Tour events throughout the season. The role also includes administrative support for the Tournament Operations team to plan and manage Legends Tour events.
We are a small team, so each and every one of us has an important role to play. It\'s vital you are willing to help and support others in the team where needed, can work flexibly to meet operational requirements and enjoy working in a busy, often demanding role, juggling priorities and navigating the challenges of this type of role.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing flights, accommodation, transfers and car hire for 15-20 staff at each of our tournaments and ensuring this is done in the most cost-effective way possible
- Investigating and understanding any Visa requirements for staff and players travelling to our events
- Managing Visa applications for staff if needed
- Supporting the Tournament operations team where required
- Managing purchase orders and invoicing management for events you are working on.
Previous Experience needed:
- Experience negotiating hotel rates and cancellation polices
- Working with travel partners and managing multiple flight bookings at any one time to find the most cost-effective routes
- Managing flights with multiple destinations
- Working in an events, PA or travel role, involving significant planning and logistics
Desirable:
- A passion for sports, ideally a knowledge and interest in golf
- Experience raising and managing Carnet applications for temporarily importing and exporting equipment.

- A team player who excels working as part of a small team with a positive and proactive ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills, both internally and externally
- Self-driven and open to learning new processes, systems and skills
- Excellent organisation skills, with a strong attention to detail and adherence to meeting standards
- Cost conscious mindset
- Self-driven and able to use own initiative.
Salary: £30-35k per annum
Location: Hybrid role, home working with a 1 day a week in our Wentworth Office (Virginia Water), plus some travel requirements to support events. Would suit candidates living in the Southeast and South of England.
