Purpose-built for world-class live events, the arena hosts an exciting mix of international music acts, major sporting fixtures, and large-scale corporate events.
As a Casual Hospitality Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to guests attending concerts, sporting events, comedy shows and other live entertainment at Sheffield Arena.
Working across restaurants, bars, hospitality suites, lounges and premium dining areas, you will provide outstanding customer service whilst maintaining the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness and professionalism.
Serve food and beverages safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations.
Maintain strong knowledge of menus, drinks, promotions, and venue facilities.
Assist with the setup, presentation, and smooth operation of hospitality areas before, during, and after events.
Keep service areas clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout service.
Follow all food safety, health & safety, hygiene, allergen, and licensing requirements.
Demonstrate flexibility, attend training sessions, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Previous experience in hospitality, events, restaurant, or bar environments is desirable.
Food Hygiene certification, bar experience, or cocktail knowledge would be beneficial.
