The Role To lead and oversee the day-to-day operation of the hospitality restaurant during events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through outstanding customer service, strong team leadership, and efficient operational delivery.
This candidate will be responsible for managing restaurant service, supporting the Food & Beverage team, and ensuring all company standards, food safety requirements and licensing regulations are consistently met.
As a key member of the hospitality team, the Casual Restaurant Manager will lead by example, maintaining high standards whilst creating a welcoming and professional dining experience for all guests.
