To lead and oversee the day-to-day operation of the hospitality restaurant during events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through outstanding customer service, strong team leadership, and efficient operational delivery.
This candidate will be responsible for managing restaurant service, supporting the Food & Beverage team, and ensuring all company standards, food safety requirements and licensing regulations are consistently met.
As a key member of the hospitality team, the Casual Restaurant Manager will lead by example, maintaining high standards whilst creating a welcoming and professional dining experience for all guests.
Lead the day-to-day operation of the hospitality restaurant during events.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences through high standards of service.
Oversee restaurant service and support the wider Food & Beverage team.
Ensure efficient operations and smooth service delivery throughout events.
Maintain compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and licensing regulations.
Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve excellent performance.
Previous experience managing or supervising within a busy restaurant, hospitality or events environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Flexible approach to working evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Knowledge of food safety legislation and licensing regulations.
Knowledge of premium hospitality and corporate dining service.
