Key Responsibilities
Assist both Retail and Hospitality in the day-to-day running of the department with all operational and ad-hoc tasks. Work show nights, ensuring the service of all Food and Beverage areas is to the highest standard. Prepare stock orders by processing requests for the Retail and Hospitality areas. Ensure that all food safety legislation is adhered to.
Key Skills and Experience
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers\' needs and meet them
- Check customers\' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations

The role will entail a level of physical work including lifting and movement of heavy items; previous manual handling training is desirable, but can be provided.
