Key Responsibilities:
- Drive conference and event sales performance, maximising revenue, achieving sell-out of event spaces, and delivering against agreed KPIs and growth targets.
- Lead and support the sales team, providing guidance, workload management, enquiry prioritisation, and coaching to ensure exceptional service and target achievement.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, supporting business objectives, launching new venue offerings, and creating compelling sales and marketing collateral.
- Build and grow key client relationships, cultivating opportunities across corporate, agency, association, and consumer markets to secure new and repeat business.
- Represent and promote the venue externally, negotiating and closing business, attending industry events and trade shows, and collaborating across the wider business to maximise commercial opportunities.
We are looking for someone with:
- Extensive conference and events sales experience, with a proven track record of securing high-value business and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with experience developing and executing successful sales strategies aligned to business objectives.
