We are looking for an initiative-taking and experienced Hospitality Manager to lead restaurant and premium bars during high-energy match days.
In this role, you will be the operational heartbeat of our matchday experience leading supervisors, frontline staff, and back-of-house teams to deliver top-tier customer service, keep operations running smoothly, and drive sales in a fast-paced stadium environment.
This role is offered on a casual, event-day basis
, with shifts available throughout the season.
Conduct pre-shift briefings, supervise onsite staff, and keep energy and morale high throughout the shift.
Oversee the setup, live service, and end-of-day close-down for venue restaurants and premium GA lounges.
Support the training of new and junior team members.
Maintain high customer service standards, manage seamless shift operations, and ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Proven experience in hospitality, bars, or venue/event supervision (live stadium/event experience is a huge plus!).
Availability to work key matchdays, weekends, and evenings.
Passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences in a busy event environment.
