The Logistics Porter provides operational support to the logistics team, manage inventory records, monitor deliveries, and maintain accurate documentation.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams.

Receive inbound and outbound deliveries, track consignments, and investigate any delivery discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods to ensure the smooth flow of operations.

~ Maintain accurate logistics, inventory and transportation records, updating logistics management, reviewing purchase orders and delivery notes.

~ Support inventory management and stock control activities, including stock counts, reconciliations, helping to maintain accurate inventory levels.

~ Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements and relevant regulations, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and performance.

Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse or a similar support role, with knowledge of inventory control and transportation processes.

~ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build effective working relationships with suppliers, transport providers and internal stakeholders.
